Crew Lounge Registration Problems

We recently revised our database of Crew Lounge members. We also changed the registration process to avoid duplicate data.

From now on, each Crew Lounge member may only have:

• One email address used for registration (multiple addresses are no longer used)
• One file number (may not register twice with same file number)
• One username

However, if you are unable to register because it says one of the above is already taken---and you are no longer using your old email address, then please contact us. In fact, contact us if you have any problems with registering or accessing the Crew Lounge.

Let us know the following information:

1. Your full name
2. Your File Number
3. Your Domicile
4. What problem you are having (be specific)

We'll sort it out and get back to you as quickly as possible.
