Yep. A default installation of Windows Vista renders SkyNet useless---or at least it did for Yours Truly. It also screwed up Unimatic and E-Learning, but that's another story for another web page for another day.
In the meantime, if you cannot access SkyNet, try the following fix:

Yeah, we love to poke fun at SkyNet because it is so incredibly difficult for flight attendants to use and navigate. However, if you are having problems accessing SkyNet, then you definitely need to let them know the problems so that they can be tracked and fixed.
