Keep an AOL Account? You Must!

SatellitesYou must still keep your AOL account in order to access Unimatic.

This bears repeating:  Even if you use a broadband connection and a normal web browser to connect to Unimatic via Jumpseatnews or the link: www.gounimatic.com, you must still keep your AOL account active.

However, it can be a free AOL account!

More and more people with broadband and/or other ISPs are using the standard web link (mentioned above) and not opening up and using 'AOL CREWS' at all.

The choice is yours, but be sure not to cancel your AOL account. If you do, no more Unimatic for you. No AOL account, no Unimatic. Got that?

That's where most of the confusion has been---remember, you must still keep your AOL account even you use Jumpseatnews or the link above to connect to Unimatic.

Jumpseatnews is not Unimatic.

Yeah, let's ring this loud and clear: Jumpseatnews is a web site and has nothing whatsoever to do with Unimatic access. We do not provide Unimatic access. We just provide the hyperlink (that's the little thingy you click to open the Unimatic terminal window). The same holds true for the www.gounimatic.com web address. In order to use those resources to access Unimatic, you must:

  1. Already have an AOL account (you can use a free one)
  2. Use your AOL screen name and password when prompted in order for the Unimatic window to appear.

Remember, your AOL screen name and password has nothing to do with your Jumpseatnews Crew Lounge access.
